My stay in Hotel Surya was really very good. The manager on the reception counter gave me an exemplary respect, I was really happy. The room was really very Worth, it was quiet silence in the room which made my mind fresh. The room was also in very good condition. It was a very good experience for me to stay there. God bless them for more better work in future.

No cleanliness at all, no ventilation, could not sleep due to mosquitoes, no all out, no cold drinking water provided, required to purchase bisleri bottle. Doubtful whether the room was deluxe or not. Intercom was out of order. Very bad service. The hotel boy was arrogant. MMT should not include such hotel in their panel.

Will never visit this hotel. Toilet was unclean. Bed sheets were dirty. Pillow smelt of some perfume. Probably, the earlier guest must have poured some to **** the bad odour. Hotel should provide facility of morning tea/coffee.
