Realy Good Property. Location is good. Enough space for parking. Room Sizes are big and having all amenities require for standard star category room. Food are good

Good room & enjoyed the stay.
Room was good & enjoyed the stay. Food menu was changed & limited due to the Puja festival. Had to pay an additional Rs 800/- for my 8 year old kid.

Bad Behaviour of Staffs
The Restaurent Waiter behaved very badly and refused to give food.Location is too clumsy. Services can be a bit better

Irresponsible and arrogant staff
Air conditioner doesn't have proper cooling and their OP head, Mr. Kaushik not willing to accept any complain. Infact he was blaming that I am doing it purposely. At 10pm maintenance staff comes with ladder to see what the problem is. TV doesn't have necessary channel and staff are not willing to co-operate at all. Most arrogant and irresponsible staff I have ever come across. Only saving grace was good breakfast and courteous restaurant staff. The attitude of front office staff and OP head will spoil this property.

Property is well managed and very clean and hygienic. Ample space for parking which is very good. Rooms are well maintained and clean. Foods are also very good. Enjoyed the morning buffet breakfast with varieties of food. Overall, the Property is very good.

Excellent Stay
Had a good time here. Spacious and we'll equipped rooms with excellent food and courteous staff. Good choice of items on menu and pretty economical as well. One suggestion I would like to offer is to improve on the laundry service. Sunday was supposedly a no laundry day. Not expected at this price point. Otherwise,I'm all praise for the place.

It was a wonderful experience. Good Services...Neat And Clean Big Room. Maintain Hygienic. Only suggestion I have already shared with Hotel Authority to keep small fridge in every rooms. Now a days it's mandatory for such kind of Hotel.....
