Review Of Hotel Surya Greens

The hotel was not good. It wasn’t clean. No clean blanket and clean sheets. No clean washroom. AC was very old and didn’t seem like a cleaned one. No hot water until we went and informed in the reception.

I recently stayed at Hotel Surya Green in Puri and booked an AC room. Overall, the experience was pleasant. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained with decent air conditioning, which made the stay relaxing especially in the summer heat. The hotel staff was courteous and helpful, ensuring a smooth check-in and prompt room service. Its location is convenient—within reasonable distance from key spots like the beach and Jagannath Temple. The atmosphere around the hotel was peaceful, making it a good place for families and solo travelers alike. However, there is some room for improvement. The Wi-Fi could have been faster, and the in-house dining options were limited. Still, for the price point, it offers good value and comfort. Would recommend it for a short, affordable, and comfortable stay in Puri.

The location was great, but the service, room, cleaness was substandard, no toiletries supply, and no kitchen service. Experience electricity and water issues, and have to bug them for it.

AC is not working...not clean....It's not a good experience.No lift facility.Water supply is not good in bathroom.

As per room cost it has nothing, no towels, not a clean room even though the hotel was sticking.

Good stay and staffs are very helpful, food quality also good.

1 St of all they are denied to provide good room as I booking delux room and some out side people sit on reception

Overall things are good but morning breakfast and staffs during check in were not good. Also no breakfast was available there. Food quality is average

Everything about it was just wonderful. I liked it very much and will look forward to stay here again.

Stay was good overall staff was very polite. On the new year's eve however loud noise was heard which made us feel ill. Otherwise food was good and staff cooperative.

Very poor location and the room hygiene was poor, the room furniture was also damaged, so the family didn't stay, as per room rent was very high the room was like 300 rate
