Good and cheap hotel to stay

Hotel room is good but service is bit slow but overall experience is good for the sake of darshan in shrine board some important things is you have to book your helicopter ride 2 months prior to ride the same.

Service is bad, rest is as expected Good! The entrance will give you complete satisfaction. Once you get in at your room you will find that as charged the room status is somehow mismatching. Still you will feel like you are in Win-Win situation. Now you are staying and you somehow needed/required room service, from here your struggle begins. Your call will be attended and in fact they will politely respond to your request by saying OK/YES but this will imply, wait till you get exhausted.

Location is excellent but rest is too basic. Rooms are spacious. Staff is courteous. Overall an average place.

According to our requirements this hotel full fill our needs Any one can stay in hotel without any tension with family or couples I'm just say one thing that it's a budgeted Hotel only Have a good day

Bad experience

The service is too poor. No drop by hotel van at Banganga. No proper TV connection in the room. No service was given which they provide online like water bottle and pick and drop facility. Totally I was upset and it was a bad experience.

No room cleaning. Cockroaches and lizards in rooms and bathroom. Poor in room services. Bad condition of room. No cooperation with customer. Geyser is not working. The rooms are bad and hotel also needs renovation.

Bedsheet in the room was not clean. Even after requesting for a change, it wasn't taken care of. Room was carpeted, but the carpets seemed to have not bee cleaned since ages. A/C knobs were broken, so no way to control temperature. Quite unprofessional, considering the room rates & 2-star rating. Food was ok. The only saving grace was that they arranged for taxi back to Jammu, though a bit expensive.

Poor basic amenities not suitable for living

Hotel is worthless and not suitable for living. All the sanitary fittings are damaged, blankets are used ones, hospitality is very poor and not having any facilities to be recognised as hotel. I advise no one should choose these types of hotels pick-up by OYO to make customers fool.

Not good experience & no good services

It was not a good experience with the hotel. They did not provide good services. No food available at restaurant and don't put your luggage to them as cloakroom. My baggage was tempered. I called thrice and waited for 45 minutes to get a water bottle.

One of the dirtiest hotel

Surya Palace is the one of the dirtiest hotel in Katra. Dirty bed, dirty bedsheets, dirty bathroom, Katra city's all cockroach are staying in surya place. The restaurant is also dirty not value for money.
