I recently stayed at this hotel and was quite disappointed with the experience. Firstly, there was no hot water throughout my stay, which was extremely inconvenient. Despite informing the staff, the issue was not resolved.
Additionally, room cleaning was not done at all during my stay. I expected at least basic housekeeping services like fresh towels and a cleaned room, but none were provided.
Overall, the lack of hot water and poor maintenance standards made the stay uncomfortable. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves their services.
