the rooms are dirty and bathroom fittings are all leaking- there are mosquitoes and lizards. room service is so delayed that thirsty if you have called to send water. the manager in the evening is super rude and behaves as if he is doing a favour by letting us stay in the hotel. no hospitality at all!

soloRoom is spacious but everything is old and outside traffic and dogs barking sounds will hear in to the room as the room glasses are broken. Cockroaches in complimentary bf. Washrooms are very old and the tub look like a dustbin with all stains on it. Last one, they won't give late checkin even if there is availability, and for 1 hr extra also they will charge money from. Us.

businessFront office inefficient. Food quality is below par. They also don't allow to get food from outside. Every good property atleast allow food from outside. The tea maker was not working. I stayed in a suite room but felt like an ordinary room.

Hotel is very good in all aspects food, room service and staff. All staffs are qualified and friendly. Parking is also not a problem, worth for what we pay. Loved the stay but book through online only, direct hotel it’s very expensive.
