i had a very disappointing experience during my stay. there were frequent power cuts, and the tv in the room was not working at all. the air conditioning was not functioning properly, especially in the washroom, which made it quite uncomfortable. the taps were leaking, and overall, the maintenance of the room was poor. to add to it, the room had no windows, making it feel very closed off and stuffy. however, i would like to mention that the hotel staff was very disciplined and respectful throughout my stay, which i truly appreciated. despite the infrastructure issues, the staff did their best to assist whenever needed.

Poor hotel management, not giving extra 3hrs even if customer is ready to pay. They are telling rooms are full but i didn’t saw anyone around except me. And make my trip check in time and check out time is not followed there.

The room that was given, ac was not working, water was leaking so should have been better if this was sorted

There were few bugs in the room, otherwise it was value for money.

The service is bad. They haven't responded timely for any services we requested. 1. Towels for 1 pax included and we requested and waited until afternoon for another one. 2. Tv remote requested 3 times in that day and they have given at 10 pm at night. 3. Restaurant (more than 1 hour for any order. Especially for tea and coffee and served cool) 4. Receptionists are least bothered. 5. Buffet breakfast not included in the tarrif eventhought they are costing fairfield marriot charges for stay. 6. We paid for buffet and there are limited servings for sandwich. When we requested the staff said the bread is not available. One of the staff narayana helped us get the sandwich we requested.

Comfortable stay. Good food available in room service. Reception staff always available in call, and reasonably flexible as well. Recommended for a short stay.

Room ambience is excellent. Room service is also. Excellent. Overall. Superb experience.

Being a 3star hotel there is no hot water cattle, tea and coffee sachets, daily room cleaning is not there, faraway from city, since it's a recently renovated, rooms are good but very small.
