They not provide basic services not towel bathroom kits much noise problems.
I think its not hotel category I think its a gest house they not provide basic services means water bottle towel bathroom kits not any service provide.

Location is good and value for money. I was travelling for adventure and was on solo trip. Went to Kutch from Bhuj to see Runn of Kutch. Overall it was nice experience. Room was average although, facilities were average as well, but location wise it was good. As due to season in Kutch there were short of room available in Bhuj.

It was good to stay in the hotel. Highlights would be it's near bus stop.

It was good to stay in the hotel. Highlights would be it's near bus stop. We were lucky to have a good time in this hotel. I visited the mandir of ashapura Mata. The market is nearby to purchase handloom clothes.

Rooms are very old. Not properly cleaned. Service is poor. Cost is too much for the service given.

Had booked it for a single night halt. Everything but the location was quite sub-par at the offered price. The photographs are not entirely indicative of the rooms. They need to work especially on cleanliness, promptness of service, and available facilities.

I stayed here for a night with my friends and it was one of the most horrible experience I ever had. It's a shabby and shady place with absolute no hygiene. Don't go for the pictures. It looks pathetic in real. Dirty bed linens, pillows and sheets with stains. Washroom looked more of public washrooms. Avoid at any cost.

I paid for an extremely small and dirty room and that too in not a very big City. If I had made a correct choice, I would have got a much better room and service at half of its price. Even the attitude of receptionist was not good. He tried to cheat me and asked for extra money for a person I already paid for. This hotel is not worth of getting listed on MakeMyTrip.

Will not stay even offered for free. Avoid.

Hotel owner did cheating. I booked 4 bed and two 3 bed rooms. The pictures showed rooms with 4 beds. At time of check in the reception person was rude. He showed 2 beaded rooms only saying we will provide extra mattress there are no 4 bed rooms. With no option at night accepted the rooms. Then found the Bath room flush is not working. Hotel is out of toiletries (Towel / soap). So logged a complaint to reception they should helpless ness to address the issue till next day. Hence called MMT support, then some how 4 beaded room appeared as option ( Reason why I am saying cheating), however I found that room also had issues, bathroom flush not working, TV not working and same issue with towels and soap availability. MMT attempted to help but hotel did not co-operated, hence I managed to stay some how in the initially provided room as it was midnight already. Worst experience ever for me and such hotels should not even be included in MMT hotels. There is no negative rating available but I would not stay in such hotels even if offered for free.

How makemytrip can keep this type of hotels in their list. This is simply a lodge. Hotel at commercial complex, adjacent to reception pathology lab is there plus one more shop is there. No Internet facility, No Water is provided, No kitchen, Bathroom are below the average, toilet is not at all clean, Taps are very old and it is in very bad condition. Feels like staying at lodge. Not at all worth of money. Very disappointed with MMT & Hotel.
