Hotel Swapna International

It should not be a called a hotel. Room was filthy beyond description. It was stinking. The sheets had stained. They even tried to charge for a water bottle.

Room was dirty and small. There is no cleanliness, no ventilation. The geyser wasn't working. Ac was the only thing that was working just fine.

So congested place. No ventilation in rooms

It’s a terrible experience, the worst service

Poor cleaning service and bad room.

Rooms and Hotel gallery very poor. Bed are not god.

Don't go same Hotel Hotel lift is not working properly ea condition is very poor.

AC and bathroom equipment not working.

The room was a dark room with a torn bedsheet . The washroom too had cigarette butts and other stuff lying here and there . But the worst thing was bed bugs which irritated us to such an extent that we had to leave the room at 12. 30am . And the management is so hopeless, they didn't care about the guest . They were concerned only about the business . Their attitude was, "this is the first time this has happened so we cannot do anything. And you have stayed for 12 hrs, so we wont refund your money

Nice rooms for one day stay. Rooms are clean but some bugs are in our room. No hot water available.

I m 35 percentage satisfied in this hotel. For locality this is good ... Buy in other facilities ... Its not good for couples ... Because very small room with big money ... So I m request to make my trip .. Please reduce the price of this hotel

All facilities are good and its nearby station so it will helpful. Service and staff are nice and helpful there are no any extra hidden cost so no problem. Lets hope for more better services and best of luck for future.

Hotel is okay not at all worth for the charges paid. Rooms not so good. No amenities working. Not recommended. Staff is good but hotel rooms are not good. TV was not working. Very disappointed against the money paid not at all happy.

A place just to stay. Nothing else. Rooms need to renovate and maintain. Non a/c are not up to the mark. A/c rooms are OK. Pest control to do every now and then to have a cockroach free room. Reception staff are good to deal with.

Room are nice and very clean, location is very well all are in main points near by hotel. Management is very good every time room boy is good in room service.

Nice place to stay with friends and gang. Will not recommended for family. Friendly staff. Can improve on providing better linen. Neat toilets. Location is fine, just 5min walk from Grant Road station.

Hotel name is swapna international, but it is like local(village) type hotel, very small room, AC also not working, tv is very small and not at all clean, it is value of money is lessthan 1000 rupes but cost of hotel is 4000 collected, worst service, don't prefer this hotel

When I told him the room is totally different from the picture & its very dirty then he told me. This is the availability if you want or not as you wish. When my friend came to meet me then they charged 150 Rs extra as room entry they told me if you want to meet you can meet in reception.

I can say that, it's not for the family. Rooms are extra compact and they were smelling. The entrance is shabby so much that you feel you are at wrong place. We just stayed their for night and left in morning as soon as possible. MMT, do not suggest for family.

Its a cheap hotel I was with my family and people were roaming shirtless around the hotel drinking alcohol. Its not a good hotel if you have a female member with you. So please don't even try to visit there with family. If you are alone you can go to that hotel.
