Checked in 12th oct very late, room is spacious and tidy prompt service had my breakfast in the restaurant, food was amazing chola bhatura was yummy staff was helpful

Hotel is very much clean, room size is bigger, staff are very good, and taking prompt response. It is vegetarian restaurant and food quality is not bad.

Hotel Swastik is located within 300 meters of Raghunath Temple on Residency Road. It is a decent staying option. Staff is accommodating and very courteous. Parking is available. When we checked out , there was some issues as the hotel had not received payment from MakemyTrip , but as soon as I showed them my debit card punch sms, they gladly let us go. Overall , a good stay. Try out their Tea...Unforgettable.. !!!

We stayed here for 1 night. It's good hotel. We loved to stay there. It's near to airport and Raghunath Mandir too. Staff person are very humble. Room are neat and clean. Shopping market is near. Our all over experience is good. I recommend to everyone.

Nice location and hotel, service is good. The hotel is near to raghunath temple but the charges of hotel is high in compare to other hotel. Restaurant in top floor is good and the staff is polite. It is in the centre of jammu city one should stay in this hotel at least one time.

I can say not value for money. According to prices rooms are very average our below average i can say. Super deluxe room look like dharamshala type of room. Poor communication of staff.

The hotel has decent cozy room with basic amenities such as ac, tv and wifi. They do not provide electric kettle which is a major miss. Overall good place to stay with family.
