Pick up was free and hassle free, our stay was accompanied by very much comfort and great service. Food in the hotel is a bit too overpriced.

I stayed here for 3 days. Mrs. Narang ma'am (owner) is very co-operative, polite & very good in nature. She provides me a good specious room with all modern facilities, good food with special instructions to kitchen staff. I suggest you - Hotel Swayam is very good hotel, its location is also in heart of the city, food is very healthy & tasty, neat & clean rooms, service also good, staff also polite & supportive. I like Hotel Swayam in Jabalpur.

Well I feel that this is a budget hotel which operates with fine principles of hospitality and service orientation. The management had trained and motivated their staff for good customer experience.

Nice place to stay. Nice food. Good location. We stay there 1 night and staff is always available. There is no resto but they have kichen and serving available in hotel.

Location is in the market but there is no noise disturbance in the room, all eating outlets are nearer from the place, rooms are neat and clean. Most importantly they provide free pick up service which is good for a new person, really thanks. One hour drive to reach all the tourists places for which Jabalpur known.

Great location (near Jabalpur Railway. Station), Great Service and helpful staff. I have booked one AC deluxe room for two days, but AC of same room not working properly. The he Manager quickly sifted my family in a Premium AC room in same price. Thanks to Hotel Manager as well as Hotel Authority.

The owner Mrs. Narang was kind enough to make sure we were happy and had no problems. The food, rooms and everything was excellent. It was value for money.. They had nice water cooler so that we didn't had to purchase drinking water bottles.. The room service was excellent.

My overall experience with Swayam hotel was excellent. It's value for money. Owner of the property Mrs. Neeta provide us complimentary pick from station and upgraded us to platinum room without extra cost. Location was nice, just a 5 minutes distance from the station. Your worker Mr. Dubey he did his best to ensure our comfort. Mrs. Narang please continue to maintain the service quality of your hotel for the comfort of Your guests.
