Great experience in TAJ hotel , staff is excellent, servise is Good , room alwaya clean , proper maintain decoram

House keeping very poor, room service and food low quality, hot bottle not available in room.

It was good stay but you need to improve hotel housekeeping services as many time i have to ask for a single thing. Also there was no water bottle where available. I have reached by 11pm and left by 9am but paid for full day but not received services as expected

I don’t stay there i emergency don’t reach there i call like 1145am my i call two times make my trip

Receptionist was not good as required, he seems like he was not happy to gave room

Not happy with service very unhealthy food and unhygienic

It was business trip rooms are very good location is little far from the city. Hotel services and staff behavior was perfect quality food at reasonable price. Overall it was an excellent stay. I will suggest to all. Personal suggestion: Hotel should provide vehicle for guest.

For a short stay its good as location is out

Location was far and in outskirts of the City. It wasn't well connected to roadways and railways so, transport was a bit issue. Food quality was good with both veg and non-veg options. Room was not value for money. It was spacious but not clean.

Bathtub was too old and broken, toothkit not supplied. Iron was not available.
