driving to the place it was obvious we were going into a hell hole. filthy neighborhood crowded narrow street no parking. entered the room and almost ran out. filthy. no wifi. sounds of dogs fighting in tbe street. every wall and surface was filthy.filtht

Very good facility and mature staff very good rooms and any other facility all staff are matured and very good behavior

Hotel was good but it was not accessible by car, otherwise everything was good, additional mattress was provided without asking any question

Regarding our stay at hotel taj & restaurant, bikaner: before arrival two months ago i over phone contacted with the property reg. Our early arrival & they told us that it no issue, if the room is available then you may check in on that time(i mentioned the time of train's early arrival i. E. At 6am) i asked them reg. Our departure(as our train's departure from bikaner was 12-15p. M, they told us that it is 11a. M. But during our check out at 10a. M. The proprietor demanded extra one night's payment. At that time wanted your interfere. As per conversation made with the property over ph on 26. 10. 24 we arrived at hotel taj at about 7a. M, they allowed me for check in, but on repeated request they haven't changed the bed-sheet & pillow-cover, floor & toilets were dirty, no gizer were functioning(our one member was attacked with sick. We were at bikaner for tour for that day(27. 10. 24) only. So we left the hotel & returned at about 3-45p. M&requested them repeatedly to change the bed-sheet, pillow cover, but done it at 7-40p. M. Lastly during our departure the proprietor behaved very roughly & at chaotic situation we asked your interference. For this as per their behavior they may be given the least scale point.

Very bad experience no room service tv not working bedsheet & pillow very dirty bathroom door doesn't working it anytime open power cut more then five time in one night no power backup over all very very bad experience

The hotel owner demands extra money. The room is not clean. The service is very bad. They give non ac rooms instead of ac rooms.

I booked this hotel because of its location, near to bikaner railway station. In the first 30 mints i experienced everything a traveller might hate. They gave us key and soap and said this is your room 202 (no service at all. When we reached room, there was no towel, tv's setup box was removed and on bed(no quality checking of room) we asked for tv remote and ac remote they said they don't gave ac remote (ac tempreture is fix for all room as there is some machine installed for a temp). Room was smelly as hotel is surrounded by mutton shops. I couldn't bear the smell so i asked them to change room. They did, they gave us different room 203. Now in this room fan was not working, fan was making noise and it was so slow. We couldn't use fan due to the same reason. Can't use fan as per your choice and can't use as per your choice. We were two people and they gave us one towel (refused to make any effort to understand customers. Even food service is poor. We asked jam bread butter and butter toast two different type of breads as mentioned in menu, still they messed up and made one dish. I mean we as customer can let go one or two issues but how many can one ignore? no bathroom mat to dry feet. You have to walk in the room with wet feet. We stayed for two days. Will not recommend this place until and unless you're tight on budget. Not good for family as well. Congested place, people drive their vehicle like crazy.

It's hard to stay in the room with loud noise. It was impossible to live in the noise of the chimney in the kitchen below and the smell of the kitchen. I booked an ac room but was not allowed to run it. Said it's not hot enough to run the ac yet. But it was pretty hot. The fan regulator was not right. But the room was clean and quite large.

This hotel is in market place no space for car parking and located in very bad area

Rooms are good. Near kot gate. Food is also good. It is nearby railway station. Total distance from railway station is aprx. 1 km

Reception was rude. As we entered the room we saw a big mouse and tried to cancel the hotel but manager refused and lied to customer support team about not seeing a mouse in the room.
