Poor Stay
Property looks good from outside, area is also good. Staff is well behaved and helpful, but room was bad. A lot of things were broken, like faucet, bathroom lock, switchboard, tv. Basic toileries and water were also not available in room. Overall it was not worth thr price.

The hotel was poorly maintained washroom was leaking whole time when i was there and the room was smelling

Horrible
It is one of the worst hotel i have ever stayed. It’s a nightmare. The bathroom is not clean and taps are full are rust

No quality
Staff and room quality was poor and so clean. For the price it is not so good to be recommended. One of our two rooms seems to be not used long time.

About this hotel
Rooms dirty. Bathroom dirty. No soap shampoo in bathroom. Breakfast not in restaurant buffet. Served in rooms but staff are polite.

Good for stay in agra
I and my friend stay in hotel taj galaxy agra very nice and clean room, must try this hotel all staff very professional and i fully reccomend this hotel food qualuty very delicious

The staff of the hotel are very rude. They are not clear in their words, they tell one thing and do another thing. They also argue on matters. I personally do not like the behaviour of the hotel staffs.

Excellent point to be mentioned here is hospitalities of staffs especially reception and security guard. We always felt comfortable with them. Honestly, we did not like foods of the restaurant. But generally, we are satisfied with staying this hotel.

Except the blue light all other things are good in the hotel.

Pathetic service I got, forget about welcome drink I had to wait 4 hours for simple water. bad room, tap was broken and water was flowing every where in room. TV was not working. In buffet we had option for 2 veg dishes only. Really disappointed.
