The hotel tar-way has been my 1st preference whenever i visit dhanbad. It's budget friendly. Its clean. Well behaved staff. However there is always a scope of improvement. Keep it up.

Room was very small Bathroom towel holder was broken. Tv was not working, we informed to reception the guy came & checked said i will come back in 5 minutes then he disappeared, in morning we he came i asked about tv he said kharab h nhi. Chlta

Hotel ambiance is good but i rated 3 due to few things 1. No warm water from geyser 2. Absence of toiletries 3. Cable connection didn't have channels 4. Food quality needs to improve slightly

The rooms are quite ok but the staff is very uncooperative. We reached the hotel around 9 and asked for a room they didn't give us the room before 12 at all and we asked if we can check out by 1 pm instead of 12. They simply said they will charge for 1 night which i found very rude

The hotel has inexperienced staff having rude behaviour. Rooms are ok but service is awful. I strongly recommend no for this hotel.
