Awesome location was 1. 9km from mg marg market, view from the hotel room was beautiful, hotel staff was so helpful and good. The quality of food provided by them was tasty. Overall good experience

I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights, the initial Room was road facing hence no view, however on our request hotel changed our room on 2nd day. All the rooms were clean and no odour. Restaurant had good food option. Staff was well mannered.

Room is clean and food is awesome. Room size is big. The staff of hotel is very good. The manger is awesome person, they help for arranging taxi and only 1 prob is here the location is half and km from Mg marg.

The complimentary breakfast was very tasty and we liked it. Near by taxi stand. (Location). Great hospitality and staff are cooperative. It is worth staying in this hotel. Great value for money. I would recommend to stay here.

It has been superb experience stay here. The room was nice. Good furniture and hill view from room is soothing. The staff is warm and very helpful and friendly. Helped us a lot in cab arrangements and sightseeing. Food has been excellent, tasty. Both breakfast and dinner. I highly recommend this hotel during Gangtok stay.

I have booked super Deluxe room. Room was spacious ... Bathroom was clean having both hot and cold water supply ... Hotel is near deorali taxi stand .,. Facilities provided was very nice. Breakfast was very tasty.

Food was good. Cell phone reception not so good.

Everything was nice. Location is a little away from the main road. Indira bypass, the road on which it is located, is away from the main Gangtok road. Cabs are a little hard to find which is kind of the main problem of this place.

Hotel is about 2 km from mall road and one has to take taxi to reach there. Super Deluxe room is very spacious, clean and can accommodate an extra bed easily. Room service is also prompt. Food is quite tasty, but only veg dishes are on menu.

Very good hospitality, reasonable and best food. On our request management upgraded our room to their best family room without any charge. Guest centric service. Service is polite & prompt. The management listens guest requirements and always try to solve the problems. The hotel has a restaurant which serves fresh indian food. Mr. Badly is a very Good host always ready to assist. I personally recommends this hotel to the travellers who wants to visit Gangtok.

This is a good hotel in Gangtok for a comfortable stay. Rooms are neat and clean with good food. Location is at a little distance from MG marg but there is good connectivity via taxis. Ranjit from the Travel Desk is very aware of the local travel procedures and provides good services for inland travel in and around Gangtok and other places and was of good help in planning our travel itinerary.

The hotel is located slightly out of the city, it's opp to the SDF Party ruling party} office. Connectivity is not a problem, as there are many taxies available. There are three type of rooms. Deluxe room though very spacious but is totally closed, ie without any window. Super deluxe rooms and suites are very spacious and well furnished with spectacular valley view. Mr Badly Chetri, the manager is a true host and very courteous. He is always ready to assist you. The hotel is a vegetarian and offers you with good choices of veggies. Overall its a great hotel to stay in Gangtok.

The location is good well connected by local taxis, but hotel does not have many facilities .. No fan ,, no ice cream coldrink options ... Suit room was good but super deluxe room not so good .. Limited food options
