Terrible Stay
The stay was very terrible, the receptionist was very rude and angry. All the hotel staff are very rude and have bad behaviour. There was not hot water in the bathroom, when asked it will come go go they are replying. The main door and the bathroom door was broken I can't close it. The AC was not maintained properly and there were water droppings from the AC no cooling at all. Due to online booking they gave a last room which was not used for a long time and when someone booked in online they are not providing good rooms. And service is not at all good. Not to go places for people who are booking for business purposes. I am an advocate I faced this situation in this hotel. I will never come to this hotel again. The bed cot was also not good I got backpain only.

Terrible Stay
They don't have respect to the customer and not respond properly and the worrest reply and I never seen this type of staff And so many times call so not picking the call up to the morning 8:30am

staff behavior are extremely bad which is not expected me and my wife. also food for lunch and dinner are overpriced

Overall the hotel is good & manager was treated well but the receptionist is not good he is a hindi guy with full attitude, even i booked in online and went to hotel for check-in he is telling i didn't receive any online booking so i can't give any rooms even showing all the details, if i ask when you will get receive booking he tell i don't know with attitude, he didn't help anything make us to wait for 30 min after that i called to manager he sorted ot
