Review Of Hotel Tenancy

The place is good and very near to MG Marg. The view from the rooftop is breathtaking and the food is also of good quality. The water supply is continuously available and the manager and staff are also responsive and understanding. I got a room at a reasonable price and the service is good. It is just beside the West Point Mall. Road to MG Marg, Ganesh tok and every place pass from here. Recommendable for budget and good stay.

Worst location with pathetic services.

Awesome experience best room with best valley mountain view staff n all even owner was very humble and very helpful.. I would suggest every one to chhose this property-for stay without any fear and hesitation..

1. Location: lots of stairs need to be climbed down to reach the hotel from the main road. Since my mother was travelling with me she has lots of difficulty in climbing stairs. MMT should specify the exact location description for benefit of customers. 2. Food: food quality was good , it was tasty 3. Services such as room cleaning , tea ordering were not good, flys were there inside room. Lots of sounds of door banging and other people talking at middle of night.

Overall Experience was Good. The room was clean but the television was not working from the beginning.

Horrible experience. I have booked super deluxe room and paid 1800 inr but they have alloted me deluxe room . The owner charged me extra 300 rupee after payning 1800. Staff were to rude . Do not stay in this hotel .

Property's food is average. Property is good with sight view with neat and clean room but way to the properly is a bit dirty and bad smelling. Service is good.

It's difficult to find the exact location without any help, but it's quite peaceful and calm to spend nights here.

The property is located very down from the main road, no vehicle can go down Ambience is not pleasant Water is not available 24 hr, In my days stays I couldn't even bath It seems the hotel is being maintained by waiters and one Junio staff. No senior level staff seen.

The hotel staff was good. One of the three rooms was excellent. Others were good. Quality bathroom, behaviour all are satisfactory.

I had to cancel by booking because i couldn't reach on time. They were not very helpful with negotiation with changing the date

Room were given at ground floor. Drain water was coming at birth room. Bed small was there.
