Very good hotel with neat and clean rooms. Very good and supportive staff. The main manager and food manager for 'vibe'restaurant are very cooperative. I was given a complimentary upgrade to super deluxe room on the second day. Staff named sarvana was very helpful and keen to serve at any time.

The property is very good, and very close to the airport. The view from the selective rooms has the scenic view of the entire umaid bhawan. The quality of the furnishings and the furniture is truly top notch. The staff is friendly. Overall it was a comfortable stay. The one that we needed to relax before getting to our home town. Mohammad sharif was fantastic and gave us a nice room upgrade.

Excellent hotel with outstanding amenities with smiling face staffs & kind helpful manager mr sharief. Food are worth for money & feel like home made food strongly recommend for stay at hotel balm

We stayed here for 2 nights and this was a pretty amazing stay for us. The hotel is suitable for both family and friends. It's very clean and the staff is very supporting. Loved the stay !

This was an excellent stay. The food here has touched our souls, the staff here is so calm and have huge respect towards their visitors. It close to the airport, but bit far from the station. They really care about the people staying at their hotel so i would strongly recommend this place to everyone who visits jodhpur.

Great hotel. The construction is good. The rooms are good. Hotel staff is very polite and understands requests easily. The food is hygienic and prepared well.

The property is very nice. Rooms are very clean, best are the staff. Specially dinesh sharma)who are very friendly. Service is very good. Food is also good. The ambience is also beautiful. Worth a stay.

We had an excellent experience during our stay. 1. Rooms were cleaned, comfy and spacious. 2. Efficient and quick room service. Staff members were polite and well mannered. 3. Food facility was very convenient and easy reach for us (especially when you are travel-ling with kids and senior citizen family members. Breakfast buffer had all the excellent choices and dinner was tasty. 4. I noticed hygiene and cleanliness, all were well taken care throughout the premises (like corridors, staircase, dining area)

Staff is very polite and gentle. Nice to stay. Few issue which i faced during my stay was cab service, you won't get o la uber services as it's bit outer from city. But hotel arranges transport. Another issue is of network wifi also doesn't give good speed and of-course our regular sim network won't work there.

The property is one of the calmest properties i have visited in town. The staff is well trained and is so cooperative. There were some power issue at late night but i guess that was once in a while kind of instance and they do have generator so no issue. The terrace sitting is peaceful and the food at the food court is delicious as well.
