The stay was very comfortable. The staff was super helpful and very approachable. The food was awesome and that made the the stay more pleasant. The parking is also quite spacious. Overall a pleasant and comfortable stay

Pleasantly polite staff. Great food. Clean rooms. After a night staying in a smelly room somewhere in punjab, this hotel was a treat for us-we had a wonderful stay

It was a very delightful experience. The lady and her husband at the reception were very polite and helpful, i had a railway ticket reservation issue, which they tried to help out of the book. The cook would take your input about your taste and prepare the food accordingly.

this was my 2nd stay at the hotel black gold. being pocketfriendly and located inside a market makes it a great choice for those on the move. good food & quick service. was glad to receive proactive support from the staff with my work related requests and vendor leads around the city. definitely recommended 👍🏻.
