Property is easy to locate on main road, they have good rooms subject to different price ranges, they do not have any restaurant but can arrange food immediately from their chain-hotels

It was a beautiful stay. And the staff was very helpful. V great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. We travel-led with two six year olds and lots of luggage and despite the stairs up to the elevator this was one of the nicest places we stayed in the four weeks we were in delhi. Thanks for making our visit to florence thank you

Rooms are humid and no arrangement for keeping towels etc in bathroom

Property was not that clean, and not exactly how it was shown in the photos, but was decent stay. Food was good and staff were very cooperative.

Sub standard room and bathroom. Entry to room was messy and no hot water. I was there for a few hours while transiting so managed. Would have hated it more if i had to spend any time

Restaurant is not attached. Had to visit 2 hotels apart from the original one to have the breakfast. Decided not to had the meal though it was booked with meal.
