Review Of Hotel The Golden Taj

Place was decent. It was around 1.5 KM away from Taj Mahal. Only thing I don't like about this hotel is the fact they were trying to trick me to take auto instead of my personal car. They were miss informing about the parking ticket price which is around 100 rupees but they were telling me it is around 250 rupees. I guess everyone in Agra is trying to fool you. And also the response time was slow and we didn't order any food so can't say anything about food

The hotel was changed, we stayed in another branch of their hotel but it was fine. The location was too good. Overall, good.

The hotel which we stay it’s not clean they shift in different hotel that hotel also not good no clean bad property. We did it stay in that hotel. They shift me different hotel

Affordable rates, on road hotel, all the required amenities available, restaurant there, taxi services available. All are good

I had booked a deluxe room but the same was very shabby. The washroom and the room was also dirty and there was no pest control and a lot of flies and mosquitoes were there. I was not given any refund despite all this. I was also not given the complementary breakfast. Apart from this, the staff kept knocking at the door. Others'delivery of food etc were wrongly delivered to my room twice causing unnecessary disturbance.

The hotel i had booked they had not allotted room and they asked to check in other group hotel which is worst. Bad smell throught the hotel and room is gloomy and is too hard to sleep

Hotel is nice and location is also good but staff are lazy, you can order food through zomato so thats good

The hotel was so good, I would love to give 5 stars. I would also love to return here and recommend it to others even. The rooms here were so good, they werent less pretty thn any other resort. We are from Gujarat and had no idea about agra. We just booked this hotel from the App by looking at the pictures and price. And it was so good when we arrived. We extended our stay. The service was so good.. they provided us anything tht we wanted ( pillow, water, bucket) at literally 11.45 pm. I loved this experience. We also had breakfast at there and.. items were limited but the taste was good and worth it. Loved it! Thanks for providing such service. We arrived a bit earlier than the check in time but half of the rooms were provided to us and till thn, we were sitted at the restaurant of the hotel. It was pleasure. Rooms were also cleaned time to time whenever we said. overall best experience .....yeah!!!! Rooms: 5/5 | Service: 5/5 | Location: 5/5

Accha stay tha ham yahan always aate rahte hai sabse acchi baat ye hai ki yahan Sandeep aur night main Vijay ji bahut acche hai. Hamare company ke sabhi log yahan stay karte hai

They did not give me a room in the hotel i booked and then i kept roaming in other hotels the whole night. Then the ac of the hotel they gave me was also not working and there was no water in the washroom.

Hotel golden taj is a new property located in the center of Agra. Everything you need in regards to good restaurants, markets and the Taj Mahal is within walking distance. During our stay Samson and his team made sure we felt comfortable and welcome at all times. Staff is very polite and served us breakfast every morning, which is included in your stay. The room was clean and spacious, Aircon and hot water available through out your stay! The only point of improvement we found was our double bed, which consisted out of two single mattresses put together. If you’re looking for a safe, convenient and nice place in Agra, you should definitely stay here!
