Room were allotted to someone rooms were not ready
no mineral water available on chargeable basis. Room were very dirty

I’m really shocked with the experience. Wrong location no support from the hotel. Very bad rooms. We had the worst time ever

Very pathetic no hygiene and safety was for name only no security guard no room locking and location is very far in outskirts of city

Fraud hotel deal in make my trip

They given wrong location and no phone working from hotel. They cheated us along with make my trip. That map itself completely wrong location. I loose my one day money and i went for other hotel to stay. I was complained to make my trip but they are help less. Please don’t go there and do not struggle
