My recent experience at the grand maruti was truly unforgettable. Situated conveniently near junagadh's iconic tourist attractions and away from the hustle and bustle of traffic. The room was impeccably maintained, offering a pristine environment for relaxation. The bed provided the utmost comfort, ensuring a restful sleep, while the newly installed ac and pleasant air fragrance added to the ambiance. What truly made my stay remarkable was the staff's exceptional hospitality. Their polite, helpful, and knowledgeable demeanor enhanced my experience, making me feel valued and at home. Without a doubt, i will be returning in the future and wholeheartedly recommend the grand maruti to fellow travelers seeking a memorable stay in junagadh.

WORST. Think 💯 times before booking

Worst hotel booked for 3 person premium room but allotted simple room. Let's start with location in 2 km range there is no restaurant or eateries whereas hotel dose'nt have room service facilities. No room boy to pick your luggage self service hotel is on first floor having a iron stair case with polished granite surface that also open to sky if you slip sure to admit in hospital, in rainy season & full summer god knows what will they do. Imagine the room allotted it's bathroom WITHOUT mirror, washbasin, soap stand, hanger, no hot water and a height without flush all the way fill bucket of water and flush. Top of it water get over in midnight. No way of shaving and teeth brushing. Room smallest with no hanger after placing third bed can't open cupboard and that to without hanger. I have to hang clothes on curtain rod. No dustbin in room. Top of all hopeless customer care by complained twice but nothing done. You can go through the video posted of this hotel. Room without basic necessities. No Amenities that also without safety. No staff only USELESS manager single staff . No question of food as nothing is there.

New property. Good neat & clean. Front desk is very cooperative. Lack in some basic facilities. Otherwise experience is good.
