Cleanliness : below average, found garbage in wardrobe room ammenities: nil, tv without cable (however it was a smart tv but internet wasn't working and no app has subscription, no kettle to heat water, menu card for restaurant was provided on demand and taken back after an hour. Food : very good, whatever we tried was good. No complaints. Parking : roadside

Location was good and room was clean but basic amenities are missing. They give water glass only on demand, that too plastic ones. Two chair sin the room were of different type. Tv doesnt show any channel. Bed sheet was gravy stained. For soap and towel, you need to ask several times, you will get it if you are lucky.

There was small insects in the whole room the insects were in the bed also couldn’t sleep all night very bad experience (worst experience ever) if possible please provide refund
