Fine except few things
Most of the stay was good but bathroom were small and ac got of at last night of stay for 2 - 3 hoirs and it really disrupted the sleep.

Good Stay
Location of the hotel is good. I like cleanliness & behaviour of the hotel staff is very good. Food served was quick, fresh and tasty

Worst Experience
There were many dissatisfaction 1. AC was not working - When told HOTEL ask us to connect maintenance team. I contacted representative assured the resolution, but he didn’t come back. We booked the hotel for rest for a night and it was midnight 12am and all these matters happened. 2. The packed breakfast was not available as we were about to checkout at 7am. They asked to charge for bread butter which was available. Hotel starts their breakfast at 8:30 am. 3. HOTEL was like smoking zone where whole floor had such people and not suitable for family

not so wow
room size is not adequate for 3 occupancy and the bed size is also not so good! overall the infrastructure looks good from outside , but washrooms are too small in size , washroom taps and shawer aren't that good hotel staff was so pleasent and good !

Unpleasant Stay Experience
I would like to share that our experience with this hotel was unpleasant, disappointed and did not justify the tariff we paid. I had booked this hotel for my elderly parents (both over 60 years old), who were visiting Ujjain and Indore for a teerth yatra. Unfortunately, the only negative part of their journey was their stay at this hotel. Below are some key concerns that reflect to their unpleasant hospitality standards: Unhygienic: The room was not in a good condition when they entered. Cockroaches or bugs were seen around. Despite raising a complaint, no resolution was provided. Noise Disturbance: Loud DJ music could be clearly heard inside the rooms late into the night. My parents, who were extremely tired and simply wanted to take some rest, had to say multiple complaints even past 11:30 PM and midnight. Unfortunately, the issue remained unresolved. Breakfast Buffet: Despite being included in the tariff, the breakfast offered was of below-average quality. In conclusion, I strongly recommend that the management take customer feedback more seriously and focus on improving the overall guest experience. Progress and reputation in the hospitality industry can only be achieved through a commitment to quality and responsiveness to guest concerns. Ignoring such feedback will only hinder growth and trust

Excellent Stay
I recently stayed at this hotel and accidentally left my gold ring in the room. I am extremely grateful to Soniya and Shubham from the housekeeping team, who found it and made sure I got it back safely. Their honesty, promptness, and dedication truly deserve appreciation. Thank you both for your excellent service and for going above and beyond to help guests. Five stars for you.
