Room inside amenities are good. Beds are good. Cleaned up every day. Room is quiet broad and spacious. With a working table and revolving chair too. Over all experience is good. Room service also good as and when needed. Keep up the good work

Hotel is really good. I prefer cleanliness first and i find rooms and bathroom really clean. Staff is courteous. The only thing i find problematic is reaching to this hotel. This is midst of hustle bustle of city and to reach here is hectic. Otherwise overall experience is good.

The air conditioner was not working. We even tried a different room but the problem remained same. It was too hot and we couldn’t sleep

Service is pathetic, i have given laundry before 2 days and even after reminding continuously from last 2 days, today i have to leave the hotel without my clothes, no one cares about service, our stay was for 5 days note even once they replaced towel, toiletries or bedsheets by their own.
