Hotel is nice. Neat and clean. But breakfast ordering is very tedious. Room intercom was also not working. No water bottles were kept in room.

Rooms were cost effective though the drainage system was not working properly. Morning staff was friendly but the evening staff made mistake by delaying the breakfast by more than 50 mins where i had leave early and was informed to the staff beforehand. Initially, accepting their fault and agreeing a refund. Then, denied considering the amount in picture. Last moment hassle while invoicing and delay in getting the breakfast post discussion is the reason for the average rating.
