I reached the hotel unexpectedly at 5 in the morning, but the hotel staff welcomed me cordially, gave me a room at reasonable rates, very clean room, restaurant very beautiful, food tasty and healthy. Hospitality superb. Everything was nice. Now i can recommend it as first choice in ranchi.

The hotel is located in very convenient location from airport and easy to reach 24x7 transport available for railway station and air port. Employees are good their service and hospitality is good overall value for money.

Its good to stay but some time water not coming in bathroom and I told the staff but no reaction against this, So I am little bit upset. Overall all is good to stay with family and food is good location wise hotel is good near market and staff is too supporting.

Location is good as it is near to hatia railway station and shri jagganath temple, well behaviour of staff and service was also good. All facilities are available. Well maintained cleanliness and you can enjoy tasty food.

Stayed for 2 days, best in comfort, Location, Cleanliness. Most important part was service it was fabulous. It have own Restaurant and Food was fabulous in taste. It is 1* hotel but not less then 3* services. One bad point was you have to wait till 9 AM if you want to have some better breakfast apart from toast or bread-Omlet. Good for stay and value for money.

The room service was pretty decent. Was worth the money. Complimentary breakfast was good. Room was clean. Hotel is very near to the airport. Not many channels on TV Would recommend for an economical stay.

The Hotel is located near to The Airport and at a very convenient place. Food and service is good. But they lack sense as suddenly while sleeping you may get a rubbish call from reception which disturb your sleep. I did get one such call.

Check-in was OK. Room was OK. Food was not very satisfactory.
Billing process was absolutely bad. They didn't provide us any bill, what we needed that time.

There is no so good hotel at Bursa chokes this one. Staff are cooperative and sophisticated. Worth for money at this place. I will always prefer this hotel whenever visit Ranchi because I usually had work near Birsa CHOWK.

Nice hotel and good service and provide clean room and staff behaviour good. Hotel location is good for travelling. Hotel restaurant provide delicious food and nice location. Every staff provides fast service.
