Excellent service and taste of the food is also good. Must appreciate all the service staff for excel in services. I personally appreciate mr vied prakash for managing the get together party in such a small notice in a perfect and very organised manner.

The ambience, the comfort, the food, the location. Everything was perfect with total sync with money charged. I would like to stay again and again at this property. Staffs were polite and prompt. Smooth check-in and check-out. Pool was well maintained. Room size was ok. Fabric used in room was skin friendly. Room service was excellent. Lobby was found adequately placed furniture and was enough space to accommodate guests comfortably.

I had booked 3 rooms for a day. The rooms were ready for check in at the arrival time. Check in was smooth and quick. Rooms are spacious, clean with good ambiance. All family members enjoyed the stay, food. My little kid enjoyed the sleep with the comfortable mattress after a tiring travel in 43 deg hot climate. Staffs are good and cooperative. I would strongly recommend the hotel if you are visiting sarnath or near by place.

Stayed in hotel pinnacle gate varanasi for 24 hour with my family and my experience was awesome. The behaviour of hotel management, house keeping, and even guard was excellent and cooperative. The room was very neat and clean. My son was very happy with the swimming pool facility and enjoyed a lot in the pool. The food was delicious. Overall hotel pinnacle gate is a good option for staying in varanasi.
