Staff is polite and very professional, and property is neat and clean. I got free early check-in. Only the food can be improved.

Room was very comfortable neat & clean. bathroom was very clean. Location wise also ok . Railway station very near to hotel. Restaurants food also very tasty. Service also good. overall experience was very nice.

Extremely pleased and overwhelmed with this hotel. They have upgraded our room, to the point service. Very well maintained property, smiling gesture and food quality and variety exceptional. Kudos to the owner mainly Nikita maam for being with us.

Staff were hospitable. Service prompt. The restaurant Zaika cooked delicious food. Scope for improvent: The breakfast can be served quicker. The fan made noise at certain speeds.

I stayed here for 3 days and had a good overall experience. The rooms were neat and clean, and the staff were friendly and accommodating throughout the stay. There’s a restaurant on-site, which was convenient – the food was tasty and reasonably priced. The property is located in a quiet residential area, which made for a peaceful environment, though it is a bit away from the city center.

Stay was good Food was exceptional Less options in breakfast Main disappointment was that we travelled with family and hotel staff asked id from all members, my sister stays in UK and she did not have a local id so they didn’t provided the room until we arranged for her passport When me, my father and my mother has provided all id’s I don’t think it was necessary to collect all id’s

Food is too super in taste and quality, also new rooms and all facilities available in property for wedding shoot, destination wedding and other event's. Roof top space available with beautiful views

it was a great experience staying at this property. I found the room size more than we expected. The bathroom is in very good condition with a tub inside it. The dining area was good with great varieties of breakfast options. overall i rate it excellent

This hotel is at nice and quite location it was a great experience to stay here. Either room service, cleanliness or support towards the staff was excellent. We had checked in the hotel at late night 11:30 pm but at that time hotel staffs were available for service. I will prefer to stay at this hotel only in my next tour plan for jaipur.
