Terrible Stay

I have booked 16 rooms through mmt in the same hotel. I visited hotel on 1st feb for confirmation, hotel owner simply denied. Finally they five me only 15 rooms. One room i booked in other hotel in rs. 6000 through broker. For 1 room i have suffer a lot physically and financial including my guest who came for attend my daughter's marriage.
