Review Of Hotel The Shack

It was a good stay. The beds were clean. The toilets were also clean. We ordered some snacks and the food was good.

We found very shabby rooms, not worth of month. Very unfriendly staff. Found cockroaches in the rooms and very unhinged

Location is very good, Room size is good, but overall upkeep and maintenance of room is poor - very old Towels, Bed spreads

We were given dirty room and the bed sheet was torn and dirty. There were no lights in corridor. Room did not have night bulb.

Room good clean, comfortable staying.

It was best and privacy for the couple they provided some soup and basic needs to get fresh in the morning it was best and great 👍

It was average place. But very accessible in ramamurthy nagar. But rest was ok. Restopub was another level

We had a peaceful stay at the shack hotel. The staff were very polite and welcoming. They attended to all our concerns and gave instant resolutions. Highly recommended. They even let us access the kitchen to prepare food for our 7 months old baby.

Room was adequate, missing a few items like a floor mats, cold water (had to order from restaurant) etc. Room service was good. Ideal for a one night stay. The restaurant / restobar present in the hotel is very bad, with regards to food, drinks and service. Would recommend trying a nearby place to eat instead of in the hotel.

Room was ok, but not elegant and cockroach issues and room cleaning service is not available and toiletries and even water bottle we need to collect manually everytime. No welcoming attitude. Unless if you need to stay better find good hotels

The shack hotel rm nagar is good place to stay well maintained the staff are excellent and night shift security is very obi-dent over all, each and every staff member is honest. Love to stay at this place.

It is business hotel but no desk available be in the room, unclean pillow, geyser was not functioning.

Location is very good and easy access to railway station krishnarajapuram cheap and best stay d mart nearby.

Stayed for 4 days, for a short trip. Out of which not a single day cleaning happened and room has cockroaches too.

Not happy with the hotel. Unprofessional staff poor maintenance tv not working (hotel never responded to this issue) no cooling with ac no proper housekeeping, staff was not ready to clean every day.

Mattress was not good, they don't have inhouse breakfast facility, quality of breakfast was pathetic
