Every thing this property good location good

Room bed sheet bahut hi jyada ganda and badbudar. bathroom se bahut jayada bura smell aaraha tha. Room service bhi bahut delay. total Paisa best huwa

Room was good...but service was not up to the mark.. Cleanliness was not the priority of hotel staff... Bathroom not cleaned for new guest and due to that water jammed happened Extension was given but phone was not not working and unplugged by reception staff...Way of taking also not good..Not attending guest properly. In short hotel rooms are good but staff service is not up to the mark .

Location was good but they shifted to other hotel AL taj I asked regarding the room in the same hotel but they said that the room isn't available

I will strongly recommend everyone to avoid stay in this Hotel. Dirty rooms, dirty beddings, super lazy services and delayed check in.

Location is bad, no professionalism, they will transfer you in a different hotel which is third class, Dharamshala type hotel, small matchbox size room. Do Not book this not even directly. They are doing with travellers.

our rooms were given to someone else before we arrived without even informing us. At 2 am, they asked us to adjust in a different hotel which was extremely dirty and without lift due to which our aged mother had to take stairs to 2nd floor. very very bad

The stay was not comfortable. Even at 2 in the night staff was talking loudly. Even after multiple complains they were not supporting. Horrible experience. Unable to sleep whole night and has to travel the next day.
