Review Of Hotel the Silk Route

I booked two rooms for my parents and self. At night there was no electricity in one room out of two. Until checkout, we slept without any fan. Very pathetic hospitality and service

Rooms were beautiful and clean. Staff was cooperative especially akbar bhai. Rooftop restro was a bliss

The location was difficult to find, but overall had a good experience. Clean and big rooms with required amenities. Staff was very polite and helpful. Would recommend to stay!

The rooms were clean and as were as shown as in the picture. The room that we got gave a great view of the jaisalmer fort. The staff is humble and cooperative

5. The stay was really good. You get view of full jaisalmer fort from here. The rooms are very clean, well maintained and as real as in photos. Service was very good. They have very well decorated rooftop resto. Overall very good stay.

Rooms are good. Hotel is costly. It is located in interior area.

View from hotel is excellent, feel just fort is front of me. Staffs are cooperative. Only 7 rooms are there. Only deficiency according to me that denerator facilities aren't there but provided inverter facilities. I have faced the problem of hot water, as are giving only specific timings. Overall nice stay

Hotel is good location and from rooftop can see the fort. Night view is excellent. Behaviour and co operation are really good. I would say you can blindly take this.

The hotel staff are not very professional but very very polite and cooperative. They will take of you well. The issue is that it was shown with lift on makemytrip, but it didn't had one. Also, the location is little on edge of the city with lot of construction around. Otherwise rooms are good, and average amenities. No discount has been given for previous reviews. I need a call back from makemytrip to update a few things

Hotel is not located that much good space but the staff and specially the akbar was quite good. Good for couples and families both

Very good hotel to stay with family & staff was very helpful, polite behaviour. Breakfast & rooms are very good. All amenities in the room proper i. E. Ac, hot water, lights etc etc. I will definitely recommend this hotel for stay to my relatives & friends.
