Had a stay in the hotel urban villa, the stay was very pleasant and the staff was very hospitable and kind (shout out to mr anil rawat for taking such good care of us. Very much recommended.

Hotel rooms were clean, service was available 24/7. Temple and ghats are within 5km, and good connectivity via public transportation as well. Had a pleasant stay.

The stay was good, rooms were very clean, polite and helping staff. They can add on a few things like dental kit and dryer in their washroom but otherwise it was a very pleasant stay.

Perfect home stay. Recommended to wfh kind of people as it's in quiet place inside a colony. Staff is helpful. All the ghats were accessible from this hotel at any point of time.

It exceeded all my expectations. From the moment i arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and attended to my every need with a warm, friendly attitude. The check-in process was smooth, and the concierge was extremely helpful in recommending local attractions. The room was immaculate and tastefully decorated, offering all the modern amenities i needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was plush and provided an excellent night's sleep, while the bathroom was clean and well-stocked with high-quality toiletries.

It came to my knowledge through mmt and i am glad to share it the hotel ambience was quite nice with good vibes and the hotel staff was very polite and helpful with a positive attitude very neat and clean place to stay food service is not available inside the hotel but people have online options to place. Overall it's a good hotel to visit with family and friends.

This was my second stay at urban villa in 10 days. Superb experience. Clean rooms & toilets and of-course linen also. Hotel staff is very cooperative and polite. Food service is slightly late but quality of food is good & affordable. Over all once again good experience. I personally recommend people to experiece a peaceful l stay over here
