Hotel was good. Staff were good and well mannered. USP of this hotel is its location, located at peaceful place near to nature. Only issue I faced there was not power backup available other than that everything was good. The view from the window balcony was amazing. Lots of greenery surrounding the hotel. Very peaceful and amazing surroundings

I had a heart- warming and comfortable experience at the hotel. The staff of the hotel was very cooperative and helped us out with transport and everything else that we required. The staff behaviour was really polite. They were well- behaved and took care of our needs.

Location of the hotel is excellent and peaceful. This location is excellent if you enjoy greenery and is ideal for couples, families, and groups of friends. Hotel staff also very good and hotel owner also very friendly n helpful

Newly constructed hotel with all facilities. Location is scenic, surrounded by ice covered mountains. Food was homely and taste was awesome. Staff was very co-operative. Enjoyed our stay.

Very nice stay at the hotel the village residency. Staff were very polite in the hotel. Overall, it was very nice to stay in this hotel. The cleanliness, the staff was all wonderful.

Manager and staff is very cooperative if u wnt to feel homely atmosphere this is the best place, near by tea garden added stars to that place. Food is hygienic and tasty. Room are clean and you can see clear show mountains views through balcony me and my family enjoyed allot, nice place to stay

At first, the location seemed far from main road, but it's just 2-3 kms away from the main road. And the location is beautiful. You can see the sunset from your balcony or from outside the gate of the hotel. The staff is very helpful. Food is delicious and good quality service. Bathrooms are clean and tidy. 3-4 suv/mid-sized suv vehicles can be parked inside the gate premises of the hotel. I would definitely recommend it.

Location is at awesome and serene place. One should carry their own vehicle to reach and enjoy the place. Food quality served is very good. Hotel is maintained hygienically and safe for stay. Neat and clean lenin are given for cozy stay. Owner and staff are very cooperative.
