businessThird class hotel it was i immediately changed it after 30 min of stay didnโt even waited for staff to come and talk as there was only 1 receptionist

Poor Stay
familyService was not so prompt and room was stinky smokey all the night. Ac was poor cooling effect. Not kids friendly.

Room and cleanliness
Experience was good! room was neat and pleasant and staff was supportive. Hotel is located on main road and has good connectivity to nearby areas.

Terrible Stay
Worst room service, pathetic condition of the washroom with broken toilet seat & dirty mirrors as well as torn towels. The list goes onn. Had to ask atleast 10 times to the receptionist for toiletries & it was given at the time of checkout. The only good thing about this place is its location. Would never visit it again !

Excellent Stay
The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting

I really enjoyed staying in this hotel. The manager and staffs were very decent. The rooms and bathroom were cleaned.

Very nice hotel, rooms are very clean. Hotel staff are polite and very helpful and friendly. Whenever i come to surat, i will stay at hotel the vital.
