Good location, everything was hygienic and upto the mark, the service was brilliant (shoutout to the manager sunny) it was a peaceful and nice stay they were very accomodating. And the pup on the property was too cute. Will definitely recommend others to stay here :d

Location is perfect The location of the hotel it perfect as the market is quite nearby. Easily accessible and clean. Very good experience. Loved the view. Bathrooms may be improved further. Very convenient location. Bus stop, market and halal village nearby. This review system is **** boring. I'm bored. Stupid review. Lolo lol xD LoL loll

New well furnished cottage type rooms, neat and clean, good food, new linen and peaceful hotel. On the main Bhuntar Manikaran Road with good connectivity. A nice cool and comfortable place to make it as a base for undertaking Malana Trekking, Kheer Ganga Trek and Manikaran.

Poor service and lack of basic services like hot water supply

I paid for this hotel equal to almost a 5 star property in off season and still you don’t get any tea in hotel as they say restaurant still not open at 9. 43 am. And no hot water supply in bathrooms. This is pathetic and may be a 800- room in a guest house will provide better value.

I stayed here for one night, the hotel staff is too short, they don't have proper room service, and room prices are very high for these rooms.
I stayed here for one night, room is not up go mark, and too costly in this price.

1. Never go to this property. 2. No electricity on arrival. None of the lights were working. 3. No hot water supply even in the last weak of december. 4. Did not allot to seat in the restaurant. 5. For seating in the restaurent asked inr 1500 eash person for the cover charge. 6. When i complaint to the mm t especially nikhil ji at mmt. They gave the false excuse to nikhil ji that they can't provide hot water because of snow fall but there was no snow fall at all. 7. Even they didn't pick the call of nikhil ji from mmt. I connected nikhil ji with the property through my mobile phone. 8. A lot of sound was going in the ground floor because of live music but they were neither allowing me to enter in the restaurent without cover nor i was in condition to take rest. 9. In terrible condition some how i spent the night and left the hotel at around 05:30 am 11. I have already complaint to the mm t verbally and waiting for the resolution.

Terrible Stay

There was no view from any room. We were staying in two family suites one of which had the view of a big stone wall at a distance of 1 cm from the window. The sleeping areas never got any sunlight. There was no room service.
The room was just not worth the money. Most of the time there was no electricity. The hotel was more like a dingy motel with dirty sheets. It was freezing and there was no provision for heating. The bathroom was ok and 24 hr hot water supply was available making the hotel tolerable. There was no room service. When we asked for tea we were told the restaurant downstairs would open at 11 am and we could go downstairs to get our tea then. We were given a concoction of milk water and sugar in the name of tea when we pleaded at the reception. Overall the staff was friendly but mostly useless. Will definitely not recommend this place to anyone. Might as well pay 1000 rs for a home stay and probably get more facilities
