Worst hotel , better not to go to this hotel it is full of cockroaches only. Even on bed cockroaches roams. We asked them to change the room they denied then i connect with MMT Team, they helped me in changing the room but still same issue of cockroaches was there

Very poor condition Tv not working Most important thing cockroach is full of enjoyment in the room

service are not good too late to deliver item nd wrong item delivered food

I had booked a standard room, but the experience was quite disappointing. The hotel is located in a very crowded area, right inside the vegetable market (Mandai), which makes the surroundings noisy and chaotic. The door of the attached toilet/bathroom was damaged from the bottom, which was unpleasant. The room had a serious mosquito problem, and even though I requested an All-Out machine, it was provided only after 30 to 45 minutes. The charging point was broken.The lobby was untidy with materials scattered in the corners. Overall, it was not a comfortable or pleasant place to stay.

Proper cleaning was not there, No towel provided even after asking twice also telephone was not working

Place’s shabby Reception staff is very arrogant AC not working switch and wires are open bedsheets not clean So need to look for alternatives

Room is clean and cockroaches are there in bathroom. It’s not well maintained. The location is also not that good.

roomnwas dirty l, lenon was dirty, no amenities in the room. aske foe upgrade but they asking for extra charges. no value for money.

Worst hotel location is very bad like red light area no culture. I don’t have. Bye

A comfortable and good place to relax and stay but they will not provide any toiletries and everything is charged extra

didn't have sufficient towels. wifi didn't work. room was not clean. overall if you are looking for a last minute stay, this would be the place

Overall experience was good but basic facilities like towel soap brush was not available and later they sent on demand rest all was good. Nope m done

i really liked the decor when i entered here. the lift has designed in a unique way which is half of the best part here.. and rest the room 😳 and the staff ☺️

There were cockroaches in my room. No chairs to sit inside the room. The hotel is located in the vegetable market area.

Initially there was some issue with the room however management stepped in and sorted it out. Overall good experience.
