I booked 3 rooms for my family of 11 people. At the time of booking, I specifically asked for extra bedding and was told it would be provided free of cost. However, the actual experience was very disappointing.
After my Vizag tour, I checked in and repeatedly requested for bedding, but there was a major delay. I went for dinner, reminded the staff again, but still nothing was arranged. Even when I returned late around 11:30 PM, there was no bedding in the room. I kept asking multiple times, especially because I was travelling with elderly family members, but the staff did not respond.
Shockingly, it took them the whole day just to arrange 4 beddings. In the end, I had to struggle myself, wandering around the hotel, opening storerooms to find extra bedsheets and blankets. I finally managed to arrange something by myself around 1 AM, even though I had to wake up at 5 AM for my train.
Extremely poor service, no staff support, and a very frustrating experience. Definitely not recommended.
