The hotel is so good for those who want a budget trip. Bathroom, bed, table all are good in condition. Some issue with tv but it is ok as you will go to darjeeling to enjoy view of mountain not television. Staff behavior is good. But not recommended for aged person as it is 650m in higher from mall. Overall good for budget trip.

Very nice rooms, cleaned, bathroom is also good. The view from the balcony is mesmerizing. The staff members are very helpful and polite.

It was a nice stay at tower view. But this hotel is not recommended for the people who has knee pain. No rooms for rent at ground floor. The stairs are quite high. But one thing is that hill view rooms with attached personal balcony are great.
