It was at good location and attendant behaviour was also very helpful and good. They even didn't extra charged for early check in

That was an comfortable stay for us. Stuff were very much helpful and polite. Geyser, wifi are available. However wifi speed was slow. Hotel owner is very good person. They also arrange a good car for us. So no worries about travel.

The stay at hotel tribhuvan, ranchi was average. Staff was nice. The check-in process was smooth. But talking about the room particularly washroom, it was not up to the mark. Location is okay, as it is just 800m from ranchi railway station.

Location was good as it is a walkable distance from the railway station. Overall the hotel reception etc looks clean. The room was fine as well with big clean bathroom with hot water etc. But there were small cockroaches. Also one of the pillows did not have a pillow cover and it was dirty.

1) no drinking water supplied by the hotel. 2) no hot water availability. They told that we have solar system and hot water will be supplied in the morning but till 7:00 am there was no supply. 3) toilet was not up to mark.

Canteen should stay with hotel, one mirror should stay in a room. Hanger for shirt, cloth. Is necessary.

It's a cosy comfortable budget friendly hotel near ranchi junction. The station is at a distance of 800m. If you have less luggage you can also walk to the hotel. Otherwise take an auto, should not take more than rs. 80. The behaviour of the stuffs are very friendly. Currently the restaurant of the hotel is not operational as on oct, 2023. However, you can order food they will bring the food from a nearby hotel. The negative point of this hotel is cleanliness. Better to use your own towel rather than using the one given by them. The flush in the bathroom is also not good, you need to flush 2-3 times to clean. Gazer is centralised so you need to inform the stuffs beforehand.
