Worst hotal at this price i had ever styed bed was not good set top box for tv is not there gyser was not there blanket was not there in rooom in winter seson 23 amenities wear written but there even 5 wear nit present worst experience ever

Short one night stay
It is near Lucknow railway station, reachable on foot. Rooms are not so big but different room has different size. So you can choose one if available.

Location is easily reachable but hotel is not that good
Because my room was in basement there was so much problem of network and bed-sheet was not that clean.

Worst experience
Very worst hotel and staff also have rude behaviour. Again and again air conditioner get off in my room. Breakfast is not satisfied.

Overall good for cleanliness and communication
AVERAGE RATING FOR THIS HOTEL. FOOD'S PRICE IS TOO HIGH. Low spacious room no chair provided in the room. Moral of all staff too good. Good communication to the customer at Reception also. Location of this hotel is well near Charbagh Railway station as the well metro station, cleanliness is also good inside the room as well outside the room.
