Experience was good but refrigerator is not available in the hotel rooms so be ready for that. Weather was awsm. Staff was polite

Trinetra have surely dropped there quality wet-her it's cleanliness, staff, room service. This is the first time i was staying in trinetra, i have always liked there services but this time woo h it was dirty in simple words. Rooms and bathrooms to be exact need some renovations. Didn't expected this kind of service from trinetra.

We were searching at all the other hotels in the area we decided on this one because of view and how clean it was. We got the super deluxe room and we weren’t disappointed. We ordered room service for dinner and the food was tasty and the portions were a lot it was enough for us to share. We also had the breakfast that was included for a little bit more and it was decent it was enough food to get our day started and keep us full for a few hours. The tea was perfect. The staff even went out of their way to run and get us something from one of the stores. I highly recommend this hotel. I will definitely stay here again if I’m in Patnitop.
