It was a lovely experience. The staff was cooperative and supportive. The facilities and the location were lovely. I would recommend it for sure. It is located at a beautiful location

It's directly facing snow peaked mountains and the sissu lake and helipad it's god a clear view of chenab river which starts from himachal and flows rapidly all the way to pakistan the road goes o to leh and if u take a walk u will see miles of snow peaked mountains ahead and cauliflower fsrms on the steps of the hills there is a gorge near the hotel with gushing river water and these are all the beauty spots nearby. Our main purpose was to book a hotel nearest to our return from rohtang pass. It was super cold at rohtang as we had travellers nearly 6 hours in a traffic jam from manalai and we enjoyed thoroughly but later i got a chill and was very nauseated with a headache so the plan to book a hotel at sissu instead of carrying on in return traffic to manali worked well. The hotel triveni is a 2 star kind of property the room is average and old interiors and the bathroom is also old. But it was fairly cleaned and the staff were extremely responsive they made tasty indian food and very cooperative so this made up for the room quality. They even purchased a new electric kettle for us as we had asked for one and this speaks about their commitment to hospitality. Other hotels nearby also but this one has the best unobstructive view. Guests from other hotels were coming to triveni for breakfast and meals so it must be having a better cook. But if you want 5 star luxury then you won't get that here - u will have to go back to manali and live in the crowded areas which is no experience compared to staying at sissu.

The location and view and staff is wonderful. But they do not maintain hygiene. The linen and bedding were not clean.

First of all it's not a hotel, it's a dharamshala, even worse than a guest house. Still highly overpriced, the charges 4. 2 k for a "d" grade hotel. No lift available mattress as hard as stone uncomfortable pillows torn towel no toiletries provided it was punishment stay

Poor maintained hotel. Tv not working. All fixtures are loosely hanging. Quilt was dirty. Food quantity very less.

I almost paid 3500- for 2 days but checkout in one day. Terrible experience
