A great stay of a week.Safe ,secure & homely atmosphere with friendly and courteous staff.Reasonably priced food.Easu Communication avilable from here to all parts of Siliguri & areas like Darjeeling,Gangtok and other areas of Sikkim & North Bengal.

Overall the location is perfect, just near the siliguri railway station, but without any buzzy noise of any nearby traffics. The hotel was clean, the bathroom was nice and was clean, but the bedsheets were white with a lot of stains which i dont like, plus the price was slightly over as compared to the other nearby hotels. Overall, its average.

Bedsheet and room are very clean. Staffs are humble and take response any time

Extreme near Siliguri junction station, just opposite TNT Bus stand, room was clean, food quality is good, nice to stay here

No vehicles are allowed for pick up & drop facility near the hotel.so we reached hotel with luggage by walking & it was distance minimum 400 MTRS. it was disgusting.

There is no zero rating. Otherwise I have given that. I have booked the hotel through make my trip. They charged 1900 approximately. But photo of the room was given in the web from the earlier days when the hotel started. They have not changed till now. Room was not clean. Ordered food from the hotel. They don't know how to prepare Veg Manchurian. They put the cabbage fry in the gravy of other curry. Hair and other materials came out of the food. Informed the hotel staff regarding the same. There was no response from the staff. I know my single review will not matter. But I can say that that hotel is not worth 500/- per night. Otherwise any one can go and have the horrible experience of the hotel. I will sponsor that stay.

Horrible experience. Property is not clean. Bed roll is not proper. Room are not proper according to price. Same area I stayed few days back in Hotel RAJ drabar. That was having good amenities. Food was Horrible in the TSA. They don't know how to prepare Veg Manchurian. Not hygienic Food. Piece of hair and other came out of Food. I made a complain regarding the same to the owner but there was no response. Not recommended for anyone. I know my single review is not sufficient. But make my trip should look into the matter.
