Hotel Tsokar Retreat

Good location, very much accessible to all major points oh leh market, all eating places, bike rental points, shopping points are walkable from the property. Property is very well maintained, nice big rooms, housekeeping very helpful and prompt, beautiful flowers, nicely maintained plants, lush green garden, good ambience! can’t comment on food as we dint have any meals over there! we had a b/fast included plan and requested the receptionist at the time of check in if we could get it packed as we had an early morning flight, but he clearly refused! it was quite hurtful to see a few packed boxes at the reception at the time of check out the next morning! and also after going at the airport, we got to know that since lot of people prefer taking this early morning flight, a lot of Hotel Tsokar Retreats do provide their guests with packed b/fast facility! i felt cheated as we did not insist for it even though we had paid for it in our stay plan! it was clearly the most luxurious and comfortable stay of our entire ladakh trip but felt totally let down due to this behavior! would still recommend it to fellow tourists )

I just checked out from the Hotel Tsokar Retreat and am writing this review. Firstly, the Hotel Tsokar Retreat is in a good location nearby leh main market. The ambience of the Hotel Tsokar Retreat is extraordinary. Food is also good, however they also follow instructions while preparing the dishes. The owner of the Hotel Tsokar Retreat is very friendly and has a great sense of hospitality. I would definitely recommend this Hotel Tsokar Retreat for all those people who want all amenities as mentioned above if they come to visit leh. They also take care of your special requests if it is feasible.

This is the first time we have been to ladhak. Was very worried about the Hotel Tsokar Retreat stay as it was me and my daughter travel-ling all by ourselves. But after checked in to the day we checked out it was very comfortable, secured stay for us. The staff was very polite and very helpful. No matter how many times i called for anything thing they really were patient. Even though it was the coldest month the room was so comfortable. I would like to thank all the staff and management for making our trip that wonderful experience.

We arrived early and they accommodated us in early check in and room was posh clean and hygienic. Hospitality was great. We didn't had buffet as we eat jain food so on request they provided us bread sandwich and cornflakes with hot milk. Location of the Hotel Tsokar Retreat is great as it's the walking distance towards the leh market which is beautiful to visit during evenings and nights. Must recommended property

We stayed for four days. Requested for a room with a good view. Allotted top floor where there was only one room and access to complete roof. You can't ask for a better experience. The restaurant staff are very good. Service is fast food is good. The access to the Hotel Tsokar Retreat is a bit narrow. Rest is all great. Strongly recommend.

Excellent location with amazing service. Very clean and spacious room. Each room has mountain view through floor to ceiling wall to wall window. All the staff were very helpful. Specifically mr. Sanju helped us coordinating the entire trip. You wouldn't need any travel agent to plan, he will take care of you.

Amazing stay ! the rooms are very cozy with all the amenities you need. It’s just 5 min walk to the main market, making it very convenient. The best part though is the service. The staff takes special care of your every need and the owner himself actively tries to make your stay pleasant.

The location of the property is very convenient as it is adjacent to the market area and other attractions. The food served is wonderful. Dining area and outside garden is great. Service is good. A wonderful experience!

Room is fab, food is great, hospitality is awesome and people are the best. Loved every part of it. Want to stay here forever if they let me.

location is excellent. 5 mins away from the market. visited during December. excellent room conditions, hygiene and heating facilities. very helpful and co-ordinating staff.
