Great stay at hotel ultimate, very cooperative staff and good food. It's a little far from the main market but no issues as they have their kitchen. Highly recommended.

The hotel has big spacious rooms with balcony which gives nice panoramic view of city. They provide a good breakfast and dinner. We found the overall hospitality and support from managers and staff. This place is also near to doddabeta peak and tea factory.

Our stay at hotel ultimate was awesome. The food was delicious and staffs are fully supportive. They are soft spoken and helpful. I loved the place, it’s not far from the city centre and feels like staying close to nature.

Good customer service, nice room that well maintained. We only stayed there for one night but we ware quite satisfied. The rooms were all ready by the time we reached there. Thank you.

The property has a good peaceful view of mountains and the city. Food is good. Nearby to the highest peak doddabetta and tea factory and chocolate factory and museum. Over all liked the stay.

The stay in hotel ultimate was good in terms of location and view of ooty town. Located 3 kms away from ooty town give it advantage of beautiful view of mountain and valley. Many tourists places are at walking distance from hotel.

The deluxe room with balcony view was neat and comfortable. We had a nice view of the mountains, sunset and sunsrise from the room. Room service was prompt. Breakfast buffet was adequate. Food was tasty and gut friendly. Overall, had an ultimate experience at hotel ultimate.

We stayed for 2 days at hotel ultimate. The location of the hotel is little far from the bus stand/railway station. But the room offers nice view. Staff behaviour is very nice and humble. Food served at room was very good too and offered at a reasonable price. The washroom could have been better managed and cleaned.

Rooms are not worthy. The price is a little high. Can't all people get ready immediately as the water heating system is not proper
