the pick-up car was 30 minutes late, there was no hit water in the bathroom, saucers and glasses were dirty, and noises inside room kept me awake most of the night. food was good but highly priced. room was good with all amenities like ac and tv working well.

I had an outstanding experience during my stay at this hotel. The staff was exceptionally courteous and helpful, the food was delicious, and every service exceeded my expectations. The entire property, including the washroom, was impeccably clean, and the ambiance was both welcoming and relaxing. An added bonus was the free pickup and drop services, which made my stay even more convenient. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay.

overpriced badly managed proper
the property is decent but service is worst. whatever you ask is not answered. i will list down a few. 1- I asked for wifi password. was provided a wrong one. then upon asking again he told I will send you someone which never came. i again called after 3 hr. then password was given. 2- the lift is not working and is under maintenance. they should reduce the fair for the same as it's temporary 3- room food service is pathetic. no proper response. 4- Tv was out of recharge. when asked one person came, took photo and told that he will come back and never came back. 5- water pressure is too low. hot water was not available. 6- electicity fluctuations were there occuring every 1 hr. hence AC couldn't cool the room in the hot weather. also ACs swing was not working which was somewhat managable. 7- breakfast is average and there is no proper service. the people serving were not properly trained. 8- I asked for a taxi for a destination 3 km away. they asked amount for drop or per 8 hr. i prefered an auto who took to drop. basically the staff was ill trained and lacks apathy and customer care. the one thing I liked was their pickup and drop service. here also the vehicle is dirty. the one thing I liked is their free pick

Terrible Stay
Air conditioning is not working properly , and the lift was not showing . very bad services more over the food was taste was very bad.

I recommend this property for your stay at satna.
I stayed in this property for one night on 14th feb 2025. I enjoyed my stay by all means. Large rooms with fine clean linen. Breakfast was good and staff was courteous especially mr. Tripathi at reception.
